Frequently Asked Questions
No. We legally cannot provide alcohol with your booking under liquor licensing laws in the State of North Carolina. We do provide a free consultation on any alcohol purchase and will create a shopping list tailored to the clients budget.
We are based out of Henderson, NC. We travel anywhere within a two-hour radius, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you are a bit farther. We charge $2/mile after the first 40 miles roundtrip which goes towards gas to get to you!
Yes! We carry general liability insurance as well as liquor liability insurance. We can provide copies of our insurance policies to your venue upon request.
For any permits that may be needed it is the clients responsibility to obtain those. Generally if your event is on private property you will not need to secure any permits.
30% non-refundable deposit required to secure the date of your event. The deposit goes towards your total invoice. This deposit is non-refundable as we’ve turned away other people in order to reserve your date. The remaining payment is due 14 days prior to event date. We also have payment plans available if needed.
In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. The client is responsible for any outdoor tents if necessary. Served Tipsy does not provide any tents or other gear in the event of rain.

Open access along with flat ground is needed for setup, service, and break down.
An outlet would be ideal and we always bring extension cords. However, we can provide a generator upon request for an additional fee.
No, we also provide mocktail beverages and other dry options for the event. Check out our frozen drink add-on.
